Description
The Mountleigh Group retained the Harrison Price Company to prepare a feasibility analysis for the revised entertainment program for the proposed China City development in London England. As part of the feasibility analysis a China City Charrette took place on August 9-10, 1988. The charrette agenda includes: 1) introduction and orientation, 2) summary of the proposed development program, 3) overview of the market environment, 4) specific concept and content, 5) preliminary estimates for the proposed attraction, 6) summary and adjournment. Charrette briefing materials are included in the pdf.
