Yonge Library of Florida History at the University of Florida Library and author of The Other War of 1812: The Patriot War and the American Invasion of Spanish East Florida published by the University of Georgia Press. He edited the special issue on the first part of the 19th century. He discusses the authors and articles that appear in this issue.
