On the Controllability of Impulse Linear Differential Systems

Abstract

In this thesis we give various necessary and sufficient conditions for global controllability of impulse linear differential systems described by:

We first consider the case of controllability on a fixed interval then that of controllability on a variable interval. Where as in the first case, we obtain global controllability criteria under the assumption that the control sequences { δk } are unrestricted, in the second, global results are given using control sequences { δk } restricted either by norm or by range. Finally, we end the thesis by presenting a few illustrative examples.
