Photo Description

An elevated view (perhaps from the roof the the Performing Arts Center) of part of Howard Phillips Hall. In the background left behing several pine trees is the Library, while the Water Tower can be seen in the middle of the picture. A few students are walking in the foreground. Phillips Hall was originally known as the 'Classroom Building' (not to be confused with the current Classroom Building I.) Howard Phillips (1902 - 1979) was a prominent Orlando businessman and philanthropist, and the son of "Doctor Phillips".
