An aerial view of Howard Phillips Hall under construction. Scaffolding has been constructed to finish the walls for the third story. Original black crop lines retained on print. Phillips Hall was originally known as the "Classroom building" (not to be confused with the current Classroom building I on the North side of campus.) It was dedicated to Howard Phillips in 1981. Phillips was a prominent Orlando Businessman and philanthropist, and the son of "Doctor Phillips", the former orange grove magnate.
