Men are gathered on the steps of White Hall, watching boys ride bicycles. Two of the men gathered by the steps on sitting on their bicycles. Parked to the right of White Hall is a car. To the left of White Hall is Flora B. Curtis Hall, a dormitory for girls. This building also has a brick edifice and a columned entranceway. The entranceway has a sign on the roof which reads "Flora B. Curtis Hall." Many trees can be seen in the photograph. On the back of the image is written, "Bldg ext; White Hall Administration bldg." The photographer of the image is unknown.
