The women are wearing evening gowns and the men are wearing tuxedoes. Hanging from the ceiling are crepe paper decorations and also a sign that reads, "Omega Psi Phi" and "Omicron Epsilon." The image is identified to be a fraternity ball. The photographer of the image is unknown.
