The two women standing in front of the third row of students, center of the image, are Charlotte Ford Clark, left, and Mary McLeod Bethune, right. They are standing in front of a Caucasian man. On the back of the photograph is the note, "1950 Florence L. Small Roane-- first row, Charlotte Ford Clark, Mary McLeod Bethune, Keyser school students and teachers." The photographer of the image is unknown.
