Description

A black and white image of a small group of five marching band members performing in front of a large sound system on the football field. Four members are playing instruments in the front, while another stands at a soundboard. The players are wearing their marching band uniforms, which has a patch on the right arm that reads, "Bethune-Cookman College." They are also holding instruments: baritone saxophone, trumpet, trombone, and saxophone. Microphones are placed in front of them to pick up the sound. The member standing at the soundboard is standing in front of large speakers. The labels on the speakers identify them as Baldwin Exterminator speakers. In the background at the left of the image is a small group of men in the uniform who are the campus guard. In between the second and third players are little kids who are watching the performance. At the right of the image, past the speakers, the other band members can be seen standing in formation behind this small group. On the back of the photograph is the stamp of the photographer's studio.
