A black and white image of the Bethune-Cookman orchestra practicing in a room on campus. The men are wearing suits and are playing a variety of instruments, such as trombones, saxophones, and drums. At the left of the image are two men standing playing instruments; they could be helping the students warm up and tune their instruments. Along the right back wall are two other men standing. Windows can be seen in the background of the image. On the back of the photograph is the note "band rehearsal." The photographer of the image is unknown.
