Description

Color tinted postcard of the Mayfair Hotel, Sanford, Florida, by the St. John's River. The image contains boaters. Printed on the postcard is: S-1, The Mayfair Hotel, Sanford, Fla. On the back of the postcard is a correspondance to Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Crum, 312 E. 2nd Street, Frederick, Maryland. Printed on the back of the postcard is: Orange News Co., Orlando Fla., Genuine Curteich-Chicago "C.T. Art-Colortone" Post Card (Reg. U.S. Pat.Off.andand and: Mayfair Hotel located on the banks of hte St. John's River at Sanford, a city of 11,000 people, directly connected with the ocean through an 8- foot channel on the St. John's River. Also on the back, a one cent stamp and a ink stamping that reads: Benson Junction, Fla. Mar. 18, p.m. 1947. The postcard is card stock with a linen finish.
