Description

The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Founders Hall (St. Luke's new gymnasium and multi-purpose facility) was held on September 24, 1978. One year later, on Sunday, September 9, 1979, more than 500 people gathered for a dedication and celebration of the new space. Articles in "The Lutheran Beacon" (SELC edition of "The Lutheran Witness") describe the two events, along with photos.
