In this image, the funeral flower arrangements have been moved from their place inside White Hall to the grave. In the background of the image can be seen trees covered in Spanish moss, as well as unidentified buildings. To the right of the image a man and woman walk away from the gravesite. On the back of the image is written in pencil, "Mary M. Bethune gravesite May 23, 1955." The photographer of the image is unknown.
