Cover and other pages of program from the Installation Service of Rev. Wally Arp as Assistant Pastor of St. Luke's Lutheran Church on April 5, 1998. Senior Pastor at that time was Rev. E.J. Rossow. Pastor Arp had served St. Luke's as a Vicar a decade earlier and, in the interim, had served as Pastor of Risen Christ Lutheran Church in Davenport, Iowa. Preacher for this special service was Wally Arp's father, Rev. Gary Arp. Other participants are listed in the program page.
