Abstract

NECK PAIN (NP) IS COMMON, AND IT IS LIKELY THAT STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING OR REHABILITATION PROFESSIONALS WILL TRAIN AN INDIVIDUAL WITH RECURRENT NECK DISCOMFORT. THIS ARTICLE WILL REVIEW BASIC CAUSES OF NP AND HOW EXERCISES CAN BE ADAPTED TO ACCOMMODATE ASSOCIATED SYMPTOMS.
