Biography
Dr. Croes is a Professor and the Associate Dean, Administration & Finance. He currently serves as the Associate Director of the Dick Pope Sr. Institute for Tourism Studies at the Rosen College.
Dr. Sönmez is Professor in the Department of Tourism, Events, and Attractions in the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at UCF. She holds a doctorate from Penn State University, a Master’s degree from Clemson University, and a B.B.A. from Bernard Baruch College/City University of New York.
