80 Gb/S Clock Recovery Using A Two-Section Gain-Coupled Dfb Laser
Clock recovery from SO Gb/s data stream has been demonstrated by using a two-section gain-coupled DFB laser, Wavelength and polarization insensitive operation was also realized by wavelength conversion using a semiconductor optical amplifier.
