In this session, we will share our pioneering efforts at Simon Business School, University of Rochester, integrating ChatGPT into the educational framework and the procedures for developing the ChatGPT teaching structure. We will highlight how the Instructional Technology and Education (ITI) team proactively supports faculty. Additionally, our discussion will cover the comprehensive process of establishing guidelines and instructional designs that harness the capabilities of ChatGPT, enhancing our academic environment. Our focus will be on practical applications of AI, sharing unique policies for teaching and learning, and discussing the transformative impact of AI in higher education. We will reflect on our experiences and outline future directions in this rapidly evolving field.
