This poster presents a pioneering 16-week graduate curriculum that transforms adult learners from AI skeptics into confident practitioners through an immersive, experiential learning approach. The course uniquely integrates hands-on experience with over 20 industry-standard AI tools while covering essential domains from machine learning fundamentals to ethical AI implementation. Through a HyFlex delivery model, learners engage with AI applications across healthcare, finance, education, research, and social sectors. The assessment structure combines weekly tool-based assignments (42%) with a capstone project (50%) that challenges learners to develop AI solutions for real-world professional challenges, emphasizing documentation, prompt engineering, and critical evaluation.
