Incorporation of AI tools such as ChatGPT as a comparative to the Conflict Resolution Outcomes generated by students in various scenario role plays within the classroom affords an opportunity to examine the presence/absence of implicit biases or other societal factors that may contribute to the agreed upon terms of settlement reached by the students in each given scenario. Comparative outcomes lead to engaged discussions as to why a certain outcome was acceptable to the participants and identification of the degrees of differentiation depending on the dynamics of the parties involved in the decision-making proces
