Description

Artificial Intelligence (AI) can transform higher education by offering a student-centered personalized learning experience. This pilot project integrated AI as an active teaching strategy in the classroom to promote communication and collaboration. A class activity was developed where students worked in four groups based on key components of a short story: character, setting, conflict, and theme. The instructor provided an AI-generated plot. Students learned how AI tools can develop class activities that are aligned with course objectives and learning outcomes. By leveraging AI, educators can create more engaging and personalized learning experiences that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
