Description
As AI transforms workplaces, leaders face serious ethical challenges. For example, how will leaders address the inevitable job losses? How much information should organizations collect from employees' communications at work? How will leaders navigate AI' s amplification of discrimination and biases? In this presentation, we help participants design case studies using AI tools. We will share applicable prompts, recommend reviewing the generated cases to identify discriminatory elements, encourage student-generated cases, and propose integrating ethical theories into discussions. We further explain how the process can be used in face-to-face and online classes.
