Today's educators are challenged with facilitating student success in an increasingly AI-driven world while simultaneously learning to use AI tools themselves. In this session we will describe the development of AI-guided experiential learning assignments that enhance career readiness across disciplines. Specifically, we provide data supporting AI's effectiveness in building both subject matter competency and key soft skills needed in today's workplace. We will also present results that support AI's effectiveness in providing students with personalized feedback, facilitating "learning in the flow." Finally, we will explore ways of approaching students' inappropriate use of AI via "live chat" with an AI chatbot.
