This interactive session will lead participants through the process Furman University used to develop institution-specific AI Literacies and Competencies and design curricular and extracurricular structures for their implementation. Participants will be provided a two-part structure for this work, including templates and timelines, and will have the opportunity to brainstorm how the process might be adapted to their own campuses. The session will conclude with a brief overview of next steps for developing professional development programs to support implementation.
