First resident counselor Kathleen Mee sits on the fence at the BPW scholarship house on the UCF campus. The Business and Professional Women Foundation was an organization began in 1919, to "[strengthen] the capacity of organizations and businesses to create work environments that are inclusive and value the skills and contributions of working women." It is not directly affiliated with the University. It houses several female scholars free of charge.
