Description

Preliminary allocation of land study for the City of Tomorrow project in Palm Beach. Land allocations shown in this study are based on several kinds of factors including those developed from published economic statistics, data in the files of Economics Research Associates, literature in the area of city planning, and opinions of knowledgeable people in the field. Economics Research Associates developed and applied these factors in a way which would produce the type of city envisioned by the developers of this project.
