Description

This report is a review of the theme park feasibility and planning studies prepared about the Osorio tourist complex in Tramandai Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The Osorio Tourist Complex is conceived as a multi-gated theme park derived from the history and military experience of the Brazilian military leader Marshall Osorio. Specifically, the Harrison Price Company was asked to provide objective input on and reaction to such planning considerations as: 1. attendance projections, including the impact of distance on results; 2. concept development; 3. pricing and pricing options by gate; 4. space allocations for parking; 5. ride mix; 6. required investment.
