Description

This report was prepared for La Cantera Development Company in September 1994, Report Number: 416. It is an appraisal of the present market value of Fiesta Texas, defined as the value a willing buyer with a strong interest in the San Antonio market would likely be willing to pay for the park assets including its land. In addition, a future value of the park in the year 2005 was also calculated based on likely strategic planning goals in a workout approach to be carried out by the present ownership.
