A blank application for admission is attached at the back of the circular. In the front of the circular is a photograph of college president, Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune. Other photographs include campus scenery, the Handel Choir Ensemble, students in cooking and weaving classes, and the "Wildcats" football team.
