The house is most likely a Creole Cottage Cracker house, seen in the double front doors, central chimney, and roof overhang covering the porch. Cracker house architecture was common in Florida during this time period. There is a small clothes line hanging in between two of the porch's wooden beams, with two articles of clothing hanging on it.
