Photo Description

One woman, two girls, and a baby, presumably a family, are shown in front of their house. The woman and two girls are standing, while the baby sits in a carriage. The house is the Dog-Trot style of the Cracker house architecture, which was common in Florida during this time, as the two pens are separated by hallway and the house lacks a front door. Towards the back of the house in the hallway is the silhouette of another person. There is a clothesline on the beams of the porch, with articles of clothing hanging on it. The front of the house is surrounded by plants and vegetation.
