Abstract
The following report is considered to be an independent third party document and was prepared in its entirety by EPRI to describe the VRF systems selected for field test and the results of said testing. Thetests were completed in December, 2012 with final editorial comments provided on February 22, 2013. FSEC did review and provide comments on this document.
