Abstract
Attention is a finite human resource. Digital systems, public institutions, schools, and workplaces
now demand constant attention from individuals, yet no governing standards exist for how much
attention can be ethically required. The Attention Safeguard Models (ASM), created and developed
by Delante Clark, offer the first comprehensive policy framework designed to close this gap.
