Graduate Thesis and Dissertation STARS Submission Portal

Welcome to the Graduate Thesis and Dissertation Submission Portal. This is the only portal for submitting approved theses and dissertations. Manuscripts submitted to any other STARS collection will be rejected.

Before you can submit, your manuscript must be approved by both your advisory committee and the College of Graduate Studies.

All submissions must be completed by 11:59 p.m. on the final submission deadline for the semester to remain eligible for commencement. The portal will close after the deadline and submissions will no longer be accepted.

To get started, create a My STARS Account. We recommend using a personal email address, as you may lose access to your UCF email account after graduation.

Once your manuscript has received all required approvals, use the link below to complete the submission form and upload your approved thesis or dissertation.
