Aging Behaviour Of Photo-Induced As2S3 Gratings
Abstract
Aging behavior of photo-induced As2S3 films and gratings at specific bonding changes was discussed using Raman spectroscopy. The effects of structural relaxation resulting from aging, spectroscopic analyses of As2 film structure were presented. Transmission spectrum of a typical Bragg grating in an As2S3 slab waveguide shows the relief modulation of the Bragg grating.
