friend James Harrisson [James Harrison]
After myne [mine] w^th^ [with] my wives [wife’s] Kinde [kind] love to thee [you] thy [your] wife and
ffamily [family] these serves to Informe [inform] thee [you] [faint/illegible-she is?] thine [yours]
p [per] James Thomas, and Err thy [your] time I hope thou [you] hast [have] sold
My Good sent by him the Last voiage [voyage] to My profet [profit] and
Content, and I hope thou [you] hast [have] Confermid [confirmed] the Land
In My name that I bought of John Edmonson according
To the Custom of ye [the] party and for all and Every of
thy [your] Charges I will Allow thee [you] and if none theareon [thereon] dwels [dwells]
Yet sufer [suffer] none until thou [you] heares [hears] further from me, unles [unless]
it Redowne [redone] to My profit, and My Lott [lot] of Land in the
towne [town] I desire thee [you] pale in and my rite [right] Recarded [recorded] as
is usall [usual] in My name I hope if God pmit [permit] to be in-
yo^r^ [your] party a boute [about] the next fall and doe [do] Intend to please
My selfe [self] in the purchace [purchase] of a small plant, but I
hope My Request to thee [you] in this Letter is allready [already]
ffulfiled [fulfilled] if not pray be as Expeditious as possible
for the Accomplishment of the Land for thy [your]
