Abstract
This issue highlights leadership changes within the Association, with Robert M. Smith beginning his term as President and James M. Symons named President-Elect. Updates include minutes from the Executive Committee and Business Meetings, addressing affiliation with ATHE, exploration of relocating the National Office, and discussion of accreditation involvement with ACEJMC. Additional actions included endorsement of the Council of Graduate Schools’ resolution on graduate assistantships and a constitutional amendment changing the title of Executive Secretary to Executive Director. The bulletin reports on ACA-sponsored programs at regional conventions, election of new Executive Committee members, and acknowledgment of outgoing officers. The 1987 Seminar in Boston is summarized, with strong participation noted though no proceedings published. A call is also issued for departmental library reading lists to share with institutions seeking recommended resources.
