    A man walks through the muddy tidal flats near South Bight, Andros, Bahamas. The man carries his sandals in his left hand as the mud reaches his calves. A few young mangroves are growing in the tidal flats. In the distance is another man in a row boat near an anchored boat. Various images from this fishing trip were featured in William Junior Bryant’s book “Flames of Life: A Pictorial Philosophy,” first published in 1961. Slide labeled South Bight Andros.
