The Bryant Slides Collection
Photo Description
The Frederick Street steps (known locally as the Saint Andrew's, Hill Crest, or Blackbeard's Steps) were carved from stone in 1793. The steps were the original home for the cenotaph before its relocation to the Garden of Remembrance. In the background is the Trinity Methodist Church’s roof and Saint Andrew’s Presbyterian Church’s bell tower. Slide labeled Bryant Nassau Mar .'46, In front of Government House where the Windsor's lived.
