    Description

    Printed color Black Americana postcard. Front: Features a stereotyped image of a young black man sitting on log holding a possum. In color. Entitled "Two of a kind" which implies ridicule and mockery. The card is addressed to "Miss Annie Leferrie" in Quarryville. Stamped "Quarryville PA AUG 3 5 PM 1906". Stereotyped images of black people were featured in prints, postcards and many other items at that time.
