At the left of the image can be seen part of a palm tree, and the exterior of another, unidentified building. A variety of plants are planted in front of the building. On the back of the image is written in pencil, "1940-1960, The Manor, housed education division." Also printed on the back of the image in blue is the letter "K" and "Kodatone." The image is printed on Velox paper. The photographer of the image is unknown.
