Description

A black and white image of an early pep squad at Bethune-Cookman University. The squad is made up of two African American men and five African American women. The men are wearing long-sleeved shirts and pants, as well as hats with "BCC" on the front. The women are wearing the same style of hat, as well as suit jackets and skirts. One woman is kneeling in front of the others and is holding a "Bethune-Cookman" pennant in her hands. The remainder of the group is bending at the knees and waist and holding their hands out in front of them. They are posing outside in front of an unidentified college building. The image is printed on Velox paper. The photographer of the image is unknown.
