Description
Mary Rubin interviews Sarah Stukey, a 20-year-old junior that studies nursing, via Zoom about the impact of COVID-19 on her life. Sarah also participates in quite a few groups, including the UCF Social Media Ambassadors and the National Residence Hall Honorary, on campus and reflects on how COVID-19 changed her engagement with those groups. When COVID-19 became prevalent in spring, she moved back home but, in the fall of 2020, Sarah had in-person classes as she started the official nursing track and returned to Orlando. As an extrovert, Sarah thrives in in-person classes and ended the interview with hope and excitement about the possibilities for the upcoming spring semester.
