Description
● The student will discuss public issues that impact the daily lives of citizens. ● The student will identify how citizens can work together to influence the government to help solve community and state problems. ● The student will describe how Florida’s constitution protects citizen rights and how it provides for the structure, function, and purpose of the state government. ● The student will identify Florida’s role in the Civil Rights Movement. ● The student will conduct research and organize information from multiple sources to answer a question. ● The student will arrange multimedia elements to create emphasis in oral or written tasks. ● The student will use digital tools to plan, draft, and revise writing. ● The student will present information orally with appropriate volume, nonverbal cues, and clear pronunciation in a logical sequence.
