● The students will summarize the implications of the great depression and its effects on immigration in Florida and the United States. ● The students will collaborate to write a fictional story about their experience as an immigrant in the United States ● The students will present their stories and discuss how their story relates to the Mexican repatriation. ● The students will respond in writing to an opinion prompt and support their claim with evidence from multiple sources.
