Abstract
Although Principal Francis’ motivation to pilot a technology-infused curriculum program is laudable in his eyes and has garnered Superintendent Garcia’s support, he has clearly made several critical leadership mistakes obtaining loyalty from his own leaders at Dayton High School. Ramifications for this error will surface in many ways and it will span time, however, if handled wisely at this juncture, the current situation can be transformed positively and still result in accomplishing his ultimate desired outcome of piloting the new technology-infused curriculum program.
