Abstract

SFBookDraft 1

Dr Claire Fitch and Dr Kelly McErlean

Dundalk Institute of Technology

SFBookDraft1, a pre-recorded performance of e-lit, photography, and sound art.

36 photographs served as the inspiration for 36 texts. Recording the texts led us to create a photosonic journey.

The inspiration of noting what the eye lands on when viewing the photographs, observing the associations that the brain produces when contemplating the composition continues to result in text, numbers, shapes, repetitions and colour.
