During the 2018 Zora Neale Hurston Festival of the Arts and Humanities, Holly Baker spoke with Dr. Walter Greason, Dean of the honors school and professor of history at Monmouth University. Dr. Greason discusses journalist and civil rights leader T. Thomas Fortune, community building, and tapping into the energy of the festival in order to mobilize locally and nationally.
This episode is part of the Every Tongue Got to Confess podcast series, which is produced by Dr. Julian Chambliss (Michigan State University) and Holly Baker (University of Central Florida).
