Abstract
In order to have complete energy conservation in FEL theoretical modeling or computer simulation, radiation reaction effects should be introduced. Existing proposals for radiation reaction fords are valid when electrons emit independently, ignoring collective aspects of the radiation. In this paper we present radiation reaction prescriptions in which coherent properties are taken into account.
