    Abstract

    In this study, 1321 banking and 1820 public utility employees rated the importance of 20 work outcomes. The outcomes were grouped into four categories-system, job, performance, and interpersonal outcomes. Performance outcomes were rated as most important and interpersonal outcomes were rated as least important.
